The Northern California Mindfulness Institute is composed of Clinical Psychologists and Marriage and Family Therapists experienced in providing mindful psychotherapy. Each clinician has a unique therapeutic approach and specialties include psychological assessment, mind/body connection and healing, trauma-based work, anxiety/stress management, depression, couples/family therapy, addiction, and more. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Attachment Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, and Mindfulness are common approaches distinctly used by clinicians in the network. This network is intended to provide you with access to committed clinicians who practice both independently and collaboratively to enhance your overall treatment and therapeutic success.
This network of clinicians are dedicated to your growth and development, and aim to fulfill your therapeutic goals by helping you strengthen your emotional well-being, improve your interpersonal relationships, gain insight and understanding around your triggers and reactions, and implement the necessary tools for you to be in control of your life.
The Network’s therapists bring extensive experience in mindfulness and evidence-based cognitive and behavioral therapies to a range of problems including: depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, phobias, OCD, emotion regulation problems, relationship conflicts, executive coaching challenges, stress reduction and many other challenges.
