Northern California Mindfulness Institute: Clinicians Devoted to Mindful Practice and Collaborative Services
Thank you for visiting and reaching out during a time when you want change to occur. The Northern California Mindfulness Institute is composed of Clinical Psychologists and Marriage and Family Therapists experienced in providing mindful psychotherapy. Each clinician has a unique therapeutic approach and specialties include psychological assessment, mind/body connection and healing, trauma-based work, anxiety/stress management, depression, couples/family therapy, addiction, and more. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Attachment Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, and Mindfulness are common approaches distinctly used by clinicians in the network. This network is intended to provide you with access to committed clinicians who practice both independently and collaboratively to enhance your overall treatment and therapeutic success.
This network of clinicians are dedicated to your growth and development, and aim to fulfill your therapeutic goals by helping you strengthen your emotional well-being, improve your interpersonal relationships, gain insight and understanding around your triggers and reactions, and implement the necessary tools for you to be in control of your life.
The Network’s therapists bring extensive experience in mindfulness and evidence-based cognitive and behavioral therapies to a range of problems including: depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, phobias, OCD, emotion regulation problems, relationship conflicts, executive coaching challenges, stress reduction and many other challenges.
If you are seeking help for your psychological suffering, we invite you to look at each of our therapist’s individual websites and reach out to whoever you think will best meet your therapeutic needs.
We each seek to help our clients connect with their personal wisdom, to nurture mindful consciousness, to grow compassionate bravery, and to experience the empowerment they need to move forward in lives of meaning, purpose, and value.
From Conflict to Connection – A Workshop for Mental Health Professionals
with Linda & Charlie Bloom
The ability to manage differences effectively is both a science and an art that can be applied to all types of relationships. Unfortunately, we are not born with this skill. In fact, our usual tendency is to react to differences in ways that often promote greater conflict instead of greater understanding.
